To Whom it May Concern:

We wanted to provide a letter of recommendation for Victoria and the staff at Select Service, who recently catered our wedding.

We held an outdoor wedding for 60 on private property which required great attention to detail.  From the very beginning, Victoria provided an incredible level of service and was very generous with her time in helping us to figure it all out.  I have never planned an event for 60 before, and from my early inquiries until the very end, she was patient and provided immense detail and information, always in a prompt manner.  Victoria was extremely organized and professional in all of our communication and planning.

For our food service, we wanted to customize our selections, and the Select Service chef did a wonderful job of working with our requests.  The service during our wedding was absolutely incredible.  The evening went very smoothly, largely due to Victoria's management and organization.  While we had hoped for an outdoor dinner, the weather was not cooperating.  Victoria made a last minute call when she suggested we move inside and saved what would have been a very wet dinner.  They quickly enacted the backup plan and made effective use of the space.  The Select Service staff were very pleasant and helpful.  At the end of the evening the venue was spotless.  Several of our guests commented on how wonderful the food was and how great the staff were.  We were able to have a lovely and stress-free wedding due to the effort of Victoria  and her staff.
